Questions Before You Book?
What is your cancellation policy?
Most experiences can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the start date. Cancellations made 4–6 days before incur a 30% fee. Within 3 days, the full amount is non-refundable. Policies may vary by tour — please check the individual tour page before booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed securely through our booking
system. Payment is collected at the time of booking confirmation.
How far in advance should I book?
Some experiences are available up to 24 hours before the start time — but popular tours sell out quickly, especially during peak seasons. We recommend booking at least one month ahead to secure your preferred date. The earlier, the better.
Are tours private or group?
It depends on the experience — we offer both private and small-group tours. You can check the format on each individual tour page before booking.
Can you design a custom experience for our group?
Yes. Tell us what matters to you — slowmornings, craft sake, obscure neighborhood photography, multi-generational family travel — and we’ll shape the day around that with a guide who fits. Most of our best experiences started as a conversation.
