General Policy
Tours & Experiences
7 days or more before start time → Free cancellation, full refund
4–6 days before start time → 30% cancellation fee
3 days or less before start time → Non-refundable (100% cancellation fee)
Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Hotel Bookings
30 days or more in advance → Free cancellation, full refund
15–29 days in advance → 30% cancellation fee
7–14 days in advance → 80% cancellation fee
6 days or less → Non-refundable (100% cancellation fee)

Please include your booking confirmation number and the date of your experience.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Force Majeure
Cancellations due to natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will do our best to offer alternatives or refunds where possible.
