Once you’re ready to move forward, a ¥30,000 planning fee begins the detailed design of your day-by-day itinerary. It’s fully credited toward your booking — so if you travel with us, the design work is effectively free. It simply ensures our designers’ time goes to travellers who are serious about their journey.

Hotels, private guides, transport within Japan, experiences, restaurant reservations, and on-trip support from our local team. International flights and most meals are not included — though many ryokan stays come with breakfast and dinner, and we’ll book every restaurant around your tastes.

Absolutely. Many of our guests book their own accommodation with points or preferred brands — we design everything else around where you’re staying, from daily routing to dinner reservations.
