A Tokyo photoshoot that doubles as a walking tour. A local photographer takes you through Shibuya, Shinjuku and the spots in between, shooting as you go, and sends you around fifty professionally edited images afterwards. Groups are capped at six, so nobody is waiting around.
Anyone can stand at Shibuya Crossing with a phone. What you cannot do on your first visit is know which corner, at which hour, with the lights behind you rather than in your face. Your photographer works these streets and takes you to the angles that are not obvious from the pavement.
This is not a studio session. You walk between locations and the shooting happens along the way, so the photographs come out looking like a day in Tokyo rather than a series of poses. If you are stiff in front of a camera, that format solves most of it.
Shinjuku's back streets are the reason Tokyo photographs the way it does — signage stacked six floors high, everything lit, everything reflecting off wet asphalt. Your photographer knows which of those lanes work and which are just bright.
You get around fifty high-resolution images, professionally edited, after the shoot. That is the deliverable, and it is worth saying plainly: this is the one souvenir from a trip that people are still looking at years later.
