Most tours decide where you go before you arrive. This one does not. Your guide asks what you are curious about, what you have already seen and how much walking you want to do, and puts the day together from there. If it changes halfway through, that is fine.

The usual starting points

Senso-ji in Asakusa, Meiji Shrine and its planted forest, the crossing at Shibuya, the museums and park at Ueno, the stalls at Tsukiji. Most days draw on some of these. Which ones, in what order and for how long is decided with you rather than for you.

What a guide actually changes

Anyone can find these places on a map. What is harder is knowing when to arrive so it is not crowded, which entrance to use, what is worth queuing for and what is not, and how to order at a counter with no English menu. That is most of what you are paying for.
